We ship all in-stock videotapes within 48 hours after we receive your order. Videos not in stock are ordered promptly from our suppliers. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery on those back ordered items. Your credit card is never charged, or your check is never deposited, until we actually ship your order.

Refunds & Exchanges: Defective products are exchanged at no charge. Products which are purchased and opened, but returned for reasons other than defective, may be returned for a service fee of 20% of the purchase price plus the amount charged for shipping. Unopened product may be returned, within 30 days of purchase, for 100% credit less the amount charged for shipping.
